I had a terrible experience with your service. I will never, ever order from you again, and I will never recommend your platform to any of my friends or family. Your service and your customer support system are among the worst I’ve experienced. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

I have ordered first time from regalo

I have ordered first time from regalo.. and got very bad experience...

1. There is no direct contact where we can reach
2. also I have ordered a cake of 500 grams but they have sent 250 grams...
3. They have not given the box of candle, knife and chocolates with it ....
4.. after delivery they are not responding at all...

Delivery too late and message card not recd(paid)

I have given order for this cake and time slot choose 6-12 and we rec'd on 10:40 which was too late.
There is only 2 time alot and I have paid for message card but not received. And after follow up no one response on WhatsApp
