I’ve ordered cakes from Regalodo Delights multiple times for birthdays and special occasions, including Mother’s Day, and I’ve always had a great experience. In fact, I had previously left a positive review because their cakes, delivery, and overall service were consistently excellent.
Unfortunately, my Father’s Day order was extremely disappointing. I specifically paid extra for the 4–6 PM delivery slot because we had a family dinner planned at 7 PM. Despite this, there were no proactive updates regarding the delay. When I contacted customer support, I was repeatedly told that they were experiencing a high volume of Father’s Day orders, but no clear timeline was provided.
I explained multiple times that the cake was for a special celebration involving three fathers in our family. We even delayed our plans and waited, but the cake wasn’t delivered until around 9:30 PM. By then, I had to change the delivery address altogether. As a result, the three fathers couldn’t even cut the cake together as planned. Only one of them was able to cut it after we returned home from dinner at around 1 AM, completely defeating the purpose of the celebration.
To make matters worse, the truffle cake, which is usually one of my favorites, was not up to the usual standard. It was overly creamy, lacked balance, and was disappointing in taste.
I understand that holidays are busy, but if on-time delivery slots are being sold at an additional cost, customers should be informed promptly about delays.

This was a very frustrating experience and not what I expected from a brand I’ve trusted for years.
