The presentation of the cake was excellent, truly 10/10. The packaging was very luxurious and premium. If you want to give someone a different and surprising experience, it's a good option for that.
However, they have focused entirely on the packaging. The taste of the cake was disappointing. The cake was completely dry and had no taste. For taste, I would rate it 4 out of 10.
So overall, great for presentation, but needs a lot of improvement in taste.
Really an amazing and unique concept in cakes! I’ve ordered twice and absolutely loved the experience. However, I feel it’s a little expensive, as almost everything is chargeable.
One more concern: there seems to be an issue with the cart. When I save 2–3 options in the cart and later want to purchase only one, I’m unable to remove the others.
Please look into this issue. Otherwise, everything is absolutely mind-blowing!
I received the cake in a spilled and damaged condition, and it doesn’t look or taste anything like what I expected. The service was very disappointing, and I’m extremely unhappy with the order.
Chor company hai paise le leti hai service nahi deti hai or paise wapis bhi nahi karti hai in choro se dur rahe ..they are thieves
Taste was not good at all, no one likes the cake presentation was gud
Instructions was not shared before how to generate fumes
It was amazing experience. Cake was soooo good .Thanks for making it special day.
Beautiful bouquet with fresh roses and a lovely presentation! 🌹🎈 It looked amazing and made the surprise extra special. Really happy with the quality and service. ❤️
Kindly spray some fragrance on the roses as well. Also, sharing the delivery person’s contact number in advance would help the receiver plan accordingly. Overall, a wonderful experience! ✨
