Cancellation Policy

Regalo Delights believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing order and no cancellations will be considered for same day orders or orders placed 1 day prior to the delivery date . However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the production process or of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products/orders that the Regalo Delights marketing team has obtained on special offers or occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• Regalo Delights does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our executive or the delivery person immediately while receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

For refund- non/Un-satisfied with quality : The intimation has to be sent to us immediately through the rider himself. 

For Non Delivered Order : Refund shall be processed and details for the same shall be sent via mail. Whereas, Regalo delights won't be held responsible if the delivery was denied by the receiver or in case of no response from the receiver's side at the time of delivery. 

** Incase of refund for a product quality issue - we will NEED you to provide us the sample for investigation.**
