I am incredibly disappointed with this service. We were planning a special birthday celebration and had to wait for 2 hours to set everything up. Unfortunately the dry ice which came with the cake was completely soaked up and gone in just two hours. It ruined our plans for the birthday. Very poor quality and frustrating experience 😈😈😈😈😈
