Nice packaging and looks, average taste

Everything was packaged really well. Balloons looked great. The issue is that you can’t put it in the fridge easily. If you dismantle it then it won’t look good for celebration, so you can’t dismantle it.
German forest cake itself tasted very average, but I would still recommend this package for the experience, looks and packaging.

I think you should once co ordinate with the receiver on same day the is no customer care number was working.
Nobody entertaining the customer little tensed abt the order that order was cmng or not or yes the bday card was missing .

Good Product, Bad Management

The product was nice but the team members keep getting worse.
1. they delivered the order late & sent it via porter which was unpaid. the porter guy asked me for payment, i texted Regalo’s whatsapp number but they didn’t reply. Obviously the porter guy did his job & i would pay him so i did.
2. the team replied that i wasn’t supposed to pay and they would refund the amount, also asked me for QR code.
3. i sent the QR code that same minute and ever since then they are playing me.

IT HAS BEEN 15+ DAYS!!!!!!

I really love the cakes! I've already ordered three cakes back-to-back because I loved them so much.

I really loved the cake! It looked absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing. The presentation was also very impressive. Every cake I've tried from you has been delicious and made with great quality. The price is a little on the higher side, but it's completely worth it because the quality, taste, and presentation are excellent. Highly recommended!
