Lovely delicious Cake and Beyond lovely packaging!! Loved the balloon designing with lights, it was worth the price! But the thing I want to talk about the most is the exquisite packaging. The way they give the cake in the transparent bag, the palette knife along with the complementary cookies, sweets, mini cake etc, all very stylishly boxed, is quite impressive!! And the cake design options are amazing. Have already purchased birthday cakes from here thrice now. And now rest assured, you guys have earned a loyal customer !
The cake was delivered, but the most important surprise elements I paid extra for the heartfelt message card and smoke effect were missing.
A birthday cake can be replaced. The special moment it was meant to create cannot. For that matter the amount is decent enough that they are charging, I dint pay it just for the 500gm cake and 4 balloons...though cake was good but I could have get better than this. It was more about the experience and presentation which was completely missing.
What disappointed even more was the complete lack of response after I shared photos and raised the issue. Mistakes can happen, but silence after a customer complaint is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what was promised.
My cake arrived in a butchered condition and i was left embarrassed at the very last moment for a nee cake.
It was such s terrible experience as it was my husband’s first birthday and i could not surprise him with the kind of cake i wanted to.
Pls do not order from here if you are anywhere away from rohini.

Presentation was superb ..a small cake jar was provided for candles. But little disappointed with fog effect ...rest everything was really amazing!
Awful product. I have received stale flowers - completely dead. The delivery was made at 12 am at night. They took 9 whole hrs to get it delivered interstate!!!! I regret to my core making my 1st purchase with them and I made sure, it was my last. I tried to reach out to them on different platforms even I have emailed them.
But once they sell their product, their responsibility is over. Regalo tries to copy foreign concept but completely failed on the quality front. The card I paid for, they forgot to send it in the cart. The worst purchase for cake/flowers I’ve ever made.
The product was good no doubt, but your service is not. I have received the order at 12:30 am around, I had mentioned that I want the product in between 11:00-11:59 pm. I did also paid extra amount for that. But it had arrived at 12:30am. The whole surprise was failed.
The delivery boy told that the manager of the regalodelights had given the wrong phone number and location of the customer( me) that is why it get delayed. But this is not good.
